Lisa Gelobter the Gif that Keeps on Giving

Lisa Gelobter has a degree in computer science. She is the founder tEquitable, She raised more than $2 million in venture capital for the platform. The purpose of tEquitable is to address workplace bias, harassment, and discrimination.

She has many accomplishments under her belt. She worked as Chief Digital Service Officer for the US Dept of Education. Prior to that role, she Interim Head of Digital for BET Networks and ran Technology, Product, and Business Operations. She also helped launch HULU.

Her contributions in technology helped shape how we express ourselves on the internet using GIFs. She is trailblazer in developing methods for viewing videos on the internet via Brightcove, Joost, and The FeedRoom. Her contributions in developing animations helped pave the way for GIFs.
